This is a list of major changes proposed for the project plan at the meeting on Friday 17.10.2008. Small details, typos and such are not recorded here.

Document info

    * Ville: drop "detecting" from the information; inconsistent with the use of "detection" elsewhere.
    * Tommi, Richard: add RD, TT to the background chapter's list of authors.
    * Weber: phone number may be -3056 instead of -3065.
    * Tommi: was familiar with the player and some related concepts, but not the player's source code. 

2. Terms

    * Tommi: C isn't really a "high level" programming language by today's standards.
          o Replace with "general purpose". 
    * Add "multiplexing" to term list? 

4. Project goals

    * Ville: The use of "muxing" and "demuxing" may be somewhat "slangy".
          o Add them to the term list along with "multiplexing". 

6.22. Iteration steps

    * Tuomas: add application report to iteration 3's requirements.
    * Ville: add dates to release plan.
    * Ville: what about the patch to the mplayer devs?
          o Add "decide that" to iteration 4's requirements. 
    * Ville: add SVN to the term list. 

7.5 Responsibilities

    * Ville: Add description for each responsibility in Table 7.2.
    * Ville and Tuomas: Add responsibilities for each document and include them to Table 7.2. 

8.2 Supervision

    * Ville: Add to the anticipating paragraph: "Each member is responsible for actively contact the supervisor if the need arises." 

8.4. Human relationships

    * Ville: who exactly brings out the issue and to who?
          o Project manager, to the supervisor. 
    * Ville: Add "Share tasks equally within team members." to the end of anticipating paragraph and "Ask supervisor to participate in the discussion." to the end of paragraph reacting. 

8.11. Applications

    * Ville: add "confirm that applications work" to "Reacting".
