This document's purpose is to be an increment for the original SideKicks and XML-inserts userguides. XetorSidekick userguide and XetorXML userguide are both in the same document, because the idea is use them both together.
Sidekick modified by Xetor Xetor modified Structure browser into editable mode. This means it is able to edit XML-documents easily in structure browser. A Content window is added below the Structure browser. In the Content window user can edit the text content of element. A function for saving Structure browser view as PNG-image is added to the Plugins-SideKick menu.
There is also other new features in the SideKick.
Structure browser will be locked, if XML-document is not valid.
There are ghost elements (before, inside and after) added to the Structure browser. Ghost elements are needed for selecting place for a new element.
XMLinsert modified by Xetor If XML-document is well-formed, but there is not defined DTD-file, all elements of the current document are listed in the allowed elements window. User can also add elements into the list of allowed elements by writing the name of the new element into the input area below the element list and clicking the Add button.
