QCT devices are designed to scan QCT images from human or animal patients. Geanie analyses QCT images but first information of the images must be brought to its database. The application will be a tool, which allows users to search subjects, files, view subject information and transfer them from QCT device to Geanie database easily. Basically the application reads patients information, including analyse parameters and QCT images from device's files/database. Then user fills in the missing or contradictory data, or uses default values, needed for Geanie. The information gathered from QCT device must also be converted to Geanie’s form. Finally the information is updated to Geanie’s database.
